Herbie is special -- just special.   He came in as the scaredest cat i've ever seen (afraid of humans because of eye medication) and has turned into an absolute joy and love bug.     He doesn't know a stranger and gets along fabulously with my personal kitties and the foster kitties.     There is just something about him.
