2nd in Command - if you watch the Orville!
Kelly is only second in command.   Her sweet, busy brother is currently running the show.   But, she is a beauty like her namesake and is getting more comfortable in her position every day.   She came from a really bad area in Houston and is lucky to have landed in foster.    We need to get her to her next destination . . . a loving home.       How about yours?
