Hello,

My name is Lizzy and I'm soo glad to be in Austin.  I was left in a house in Houston when my people moved out and I can't understand why they left us.  My BF Grady was left behind with me. (that's him in the photo with me). It was extra hard for us because I was pregnant.

A really sweet lady from Austin Siamese Rescue came to the empty house and picked us up and sent us to our new foster Mom in Hutto.  She gave us good food and that was much better for me and my babies.  I was very skinny because no one had been feeding us.

I'm a very lucky girl.  A little while after I got settled in here in Hutto I had my babies.  Five really beautiful little ones. Foster mom saw that I didn't have milk yet and I should have so she took us to the vet ASAP and he gave me some medicine but I had to go back again the next day and get more and one more kind.  Foster mom helped me feed my babies until I started having enough milk to keep their little tummies full, now it is just a matter of keeping ME full.  I get fed lots of good food three or four times a day, but I'm still pretty skinny.   I was heart broken when one of my little ones died the second day. We don't know why, but sometimes it just happens.

I love to be petted and I'll turn my purr on for you just about anytime!  I even purr while the babies are nursing.  I'm a VERY good mother and when I wanted our box to be somewhere else I took all the babies over there.  When foster mom put them back in the box I just put them where I wanted to be again. It worked, mom moved our box. As you can see we'll need a bigger box soon as the kids should start opening their eyes sometime next week and then there is no stopping them.  They will learn to walk and I'll have to go FOUR different ways.  Sign...it's all part of being a mother <G>.

In about 10 to 12 weeks when the kids are finished nursing and I can get spayed, I really would like a home of my own with some people to play with and maybe a dog? (not sure about that yet)

I'm not a crazy kitten, but I am still young and playful and I'll sleep with you right away and sit on your lap and watch TV with you and I promise not to phone my friends when you're not home.

Please, please won't you consider having me as a new BFF! or maybe me and one of the kids or one or two of the kids? <G>  They're gonna need forever homes soon too.

Just call or e-mail my foster mom and fill out an application.  Once you're approved you can put "dibs" on any one of us and we'll be yours when its time.
